How do you feel? Take a moment to check in with yourself.
Are you cold, warm, or at a comfortable temperature?
Is there something in particular on your mind? Do you feel stressed? Happy? Neutral? Take a moment to notice yourself.
Notice the noise around you... what do you hear?
Are there lots of people around you? What are they doing? Is there a difference in pace?
